Terms and Conditions
1. Parent should complete the enrollment form 3 days before the lesson.
2. The payment is on term basis. No partial payment is accepted.
3. All tuition fees include materials except Watercolor Pencils, Pastels, A3 display folder, Sketch Book & Art Bag.
4. Make-up lessons can be arranged in case of illness. Make up lessons must be acquired before the end of term. No refunds or discounts to next term’s payment if absent this term.
5. Transferring fees from missing lessons from the previous term will not be allowed.
E.g. Students are not allowed to use absent lesson fees from last term as credit for the next term.
6. Share discount with two students will not be allowed. E.g. Students pay HKD $4,100 for two different students for one term. HKD $4,100 is two terms fee for one student only.
7. We do not provide any family discounts. E.g. No sibling join together discount.
8. During typhoon, rainy seasons on red rain signal, classes are cancelled according to announcement for primary school made by the Hong Kong Education Department. Lesson will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
9. Please make sure you know our school days for every term. For safety reasons, parents must accompany their children until they get inside our classroom and the teacher is then able to take care of them. Clement Art School does not take the responsibility if any accidents happen before and after lessons.
