​Summer Holiday Program Enrollment 
    Terms and Conditions
    1. Parent should complete the enrollment form 3 days before the lesson.
    2. The payment is on program basis. No partial payment is accepted. 
    3. All tuition fees include materials except Watercolor Pencils, Pastels, A3 display folder, Sketch Book & Art Bag. 
    4. Make-up lessons can be arranged in case of illness. Make up lessons must be acquired before the end of program. No refunds or discounts if absent for this program.
    5. We do not provide any family discounts. E.g. No sibling join together discount.
    6. During typhoon, rainy seasons on red rain signal, classes are cancelled according to announcement for primary school made by the Hong Kong Education Department. Lesson will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
    7. For safety reasons, parents must accompany their children until they get inside our classroom and the teacher is then able to take care of them. Clement Art School does not take the responsibility if any accidents happen before and after lessons.
